Some Gulf Arab officials fear Washington may neglect their interests in the service of implementing the nuclear deal.
Let’s see, and what interests are these? The implementation of a Caliphate?
The last Caliphate was implemented by the Turks. To have one implemented by the Saudis may be timely, if the power of the US is in decline.
If, like much of the Republican candidates for POTUS say, the best years are ahead for the US, maybe the Saudis should wait a bit. Let say they should let the Turks, Kurds, Iran, and Russia battle it out a bit more before they go to war.
I have to say, it maybe that clearer heads (no pun intended) have prevailed in the Kingdom. It looks like war.
